Hi All , iam at the same stage as many....my case was stayed and awaiting the courts decision, my question is i have since emigrated to Australia and we dont have any updates about the whole Bank charges issue. Have there been any up dates in the past 6 months ...? i still have all my paper work and informed my Judge and Lloyds of my new uk address ( dont want lloyds to mess me around any more and if they knew i had emigrated ....!!!). Iam one of the many caught waiting for the test case results for my £2700, my question is Iam emigrating in Feb , so if i close my accounts down will i still be able to claim...? and if iam not even in the country will i have to make a court apperance....? And my last worry is that if lloyds get a sniff that iam 13,000 miles away they are more than likely play up big time....any ideas cheers Graham

Right got the letter today from Judge Pollard hastings court today staying my claim until the OFT Case is cleared. His letter says ...."Permission for either party to apply to lift the stay specifying why the claim should not await the test case decision. I have 5 days to to appeal has anyone done this yet and if i do will it jeopardise my claim my court hearing is 20th aug Any idears please.....Cheers Graham

as expected no reply from the first letter, so will send the second tomorrow....and just hope that when (if) i get to court the judge doesnt put a halt to everything claim filled on the 09/05/07 with mcol so not sure if it was early enough for him to carry on...thanks Barty Cheers Graham

My bundle has gone off and the deadline is monday (Tomorrow) if i do not get any paper work from lloyds as requested by the judge do i send in a request judgement by default ?.cheers Graham

no ....re benefits i rang to check about fee and they said that because the allocation questionnare had been desp with no fee.

Have had a letter from my court (Hastings) saying that my case is to go down the small claims track.. no problem....my claim is for £3200.00 inc int they tell me that there is non fee to pay is this correct ? also i have to get my documents to the court for the 7 aug should i start to get my bundle together now....? thanks hate lloyds

Hi Guys this is my first post for help so if iam going over previous questions sorry Got the first letter today from northampton court transferring to hastings it also says that the filling of an allocation questionnaire be despensed with... so do i now pay the fee to hastings as my claim is for £3200.00 ...? and also send my first nudge letter to lloyds...? shall i start to get my bundle together ie downloading reccommended documents ....? and last should i just sit tight and wait for a date from the new court..? sorry for all the questions Cheers Graham PS lloyds have been charging me £30.00 ago in my private acc (which i am claiming for) but only £15.00 on my business as penalties does this not show inconsistency with there charges...?

Got a letter from the court today re transfer of preceedings, no problem... also the bit saying "without hearing it is ordered that the filling of an allocation questionnaire be despensed with, no problem do i now pay the fee..? and send a nudge letter or wait for a court date ?this letter is dated 14/06/07 cheers graham
