i called wraggs number up that was on all my letters here it is 0121 233 1000

i called their solicitors wragg and informed them of the upcoming court date and said i was ready to send of my bundles ,would they be willing to settle out of court 1st =£207.00 rejected 2nd= £890.00 rejected 3rd =£1,500.00 accepted

£1,090 included interest so my offer was a good one

my claim was for £1,090

update :-after agreeing a deal with wraggs on monday at 12.30 pm my money £1,500 was in my account this morning RESULT it pays to give the "other "side a ring and ask for settlement before you start your court bundle i did and it worked,again i thank you all for help and support,nobody should give in to these thieves

yes i won,this is an update from last week.wraggs phoned me this mornig and offerd me £890.00 which i refused .they have just phoned me back and offerd me £1,500.i was claiming £1,900,so its a good result.a bit of advice for people with a court date,before you start your bundle ring the other side to see if they will settle,as i had already done my bundles and now i dont need them,so its worth a go before you start.it took me 4 days and a lot of stress and strain to do them many thanks to all on this site who have helped me and guided me over the last few months especially mimi you are a star

i will be handing my bundle in on monday afternnoon at the court as ive still got plenty of time and i will send wraggs off on tues morn if they dont come up with an offer on mon

is it worth giving wragg a call and asking for a settlement before sending off my bundle,im just about done with my bundle and its took 4 days,the reason i ask ,is iam off on hols on 22nd july not back till 6th aug if anything happens i wont be able to reply,ie an offer in the post,my court date is set for the 14th aug .everything is in place to send off:???:

a copy of your up to date terms and conditions can be got at your local branch.just been on the phone to A+L and a very nice lady informed me to go to my local branch in town and collect them as i requested 3 copys,she new it was for court as she asked me,and said this would be the quickest way to get them

do i print off all 40 pages of the basic court bundle,and if so that would make it 120 pages as i need 3 sets is that correct ?

got my court date set for the 14 aug 2007,im in need of a set of terms and conditions please,also ive had a look at the court bundle on the site,my god where do i start with this ?what do i print off ,i really have no clue,can any one please help me thanks
