Hi Im so angry, today we waited in for 3 hours during which time the landlord said a plumber would be coming out to fix our new oven in, which we have waited 10 days for, I made it clear we could only wait until a certain time because its my partners bday and we obviously dont want to be in all day waiting for a plumber, anyway, we waited in for 45 minutes after he was meant to turn up, no sign of him coming so we went out. We have just come back home now to find the plumber has somehow let himself in, Im guessing he has keys, fitted the oven, dumped the oven in the back alley and left. Noon

I have been doing this claim for months, after the courts 'losing' my AQ, the claim got struck out, after letters sent from me they have sent me an Application Notice n244 form to reinstate the claim! Thing is after many hours of searching the web and this forum I still cant find any guidance or help filling it out, and with me being so close to getting this sorted I dont want to mess it up now! Anyone have any idea how I fill this form in properly?? Thanks

I have gone through this whole process and at the stage of taking them to court, I filled out the moneyclaim form but didnt realise I had to pay £150 right there and then, I am in NO financial situation to pay this, seriously, I do not have the money on any card to pay these costs regardless of whether I get them back or not, I just havnt got the money (on benefits also!) so, anyone any ideas on what my options are? Any help would be hugely appreciated.
  12. Which address should I use to send the claim to when filling in the form at moneyclaim? My local branch or a main address, Im unsure and have looked on here but cant find any advice, will appologise in advance to the moderators on here but I dont have hours to look through these forms whith 2 young children running about. Also, I have recieved more bank charges this month, is there anything I can do about them, ie calling them and asking them for them to be refunded, if its worth a try is there anything I should be saying which will give me more of a chance of getting them back? Thanks

  14. I have said in my letter that if they do not respond positively within 14 days that I would send them the NOTICE BEFORE ACTION letter. As they have responded negetively (5 days after my letter was sent), could I not just go a head and send the notice before action letter? I know this is m being impatient, but also, this is me doing what I said I would do in the letter. This is what I was getting so confused with yesterday, but I have decided to wait even though I know a few people who havnt, best to do things completely straight down the line that way theres no come back what so eve
  15. I get what you are saying, I wasnt planning on changing my mind on anything, I confuse myself most of the time never mind anyone else. Anyway, point is I know now what Im doing, so thanks for the responses and your time.
