Please help! I am in court on Wed (2days) with HSBC. I am reclaiming £5,000. To date they have neglected to file their allocation questionaire or stay the case. The case was Struck out. I then was given judgement which they didnt pay. I then executed my warrent but the day before the balliffs were due to visit HSBC applied to stay my judgement. I am now required to attend a hearing on Wednesday - which I am very worried about. Firstly - will they be defending their position on the charges, or defending their inability to respond to the courts deadlines? Also, does anyone know of any cases that have actually be won in court. I want to be able to provide legal evidence but am struggling to find any. Finally when people refer to "the court Bundle" what does that include? Please help me!

Milton Keynes have decided to Stay all cases but you can appeal if you have a spare £65 - apparently you won't win though!! or if you'd prefer to waste a futher £35 you can ask to be transfered to another court - but chances are you won't win that either! so well done HSBC thats me screwed!!!!
