I'm in, these Cowboys as mortgage administrators and have no power to leverage costs against you unless within the sales agreements of 2007 when SPLML and PML sold your mortgages to the Issuer and Trustees confered rights on them to do so, I have these sale agreements given to me by Lightfoot Solictors I'm happy to help anyone

Dear All, I think it's quite apparent why we havent been on this site to tell you what has been going on as we dont have to as Ben who either works for the property chamber or one of these devious and under handed lenders ? who we all know dont own our mortgages anymore as they have been paid in full yet keep their names on our deeds, ask Ben he wiil know everything you want to.

  7. Good evening IS IT ME I have the document sent by the mortgage administrator. And I have now sent letter to lender requesting all above, sale agreement I have now from the original solicitors who transacted the deal their file also

  13. I've had a better day off now after the court I was so nervous. Glad you've got the Lamb transcript it's a lengthy 17 pages. I have spoken with the Property Chamber and I have to send them details of my stay plus they gave me a direct dial number for lady who sent me the Lamb transcript and letter so I can ask her why it came to me and for what purpose. I want to thank you, Apple and pj for help and support. I will DSAR the lender this week at their registered office at PWC , I has also requested a full file copy from the solicitors who acted for both parties in the mortgage in 2007, they have said they will have this. I also have a letter from HMLR as I requested that they notify me of any changes to the LR on my title in case the try and add something.

  16. Apple the file is 3meg where do you want it posting up. Yes she pealed from burnley court so Preston court heard it and apparently I think she maybe a solicitor?
  17. Only stipulation is I pay CMI plus extra each month. I am now going to scan all the Tilly Lamb claim for you.
  18. Stayed subject to outcome of property chamber test case. Either party to re-list . District judge Bury today for me he originally started the Tilly Lamb Case in her absence he ordered a repo on her home see appealed and then District Judge McQueen was the second Judge in Tilly Lamb Case .

  20. Apple thanks No order for possession. I actually think they would of struggled on that today as the solicitor for them LB Solicitors had no file and no arrears figures with her she had to use a copy of my notes from Property Chamber she hadn't a clue what this was all about she was simply instructed to stay it.
  21. The DJ brought up Tilly Lamb as he gave the repo order in the first place on the Lamb Case, It was then appealed and second DJ. Said no to her so it was appealed again at PRESTON crown Court they said no , she tried the property chamber but her house has a possession order so they've struck it out and now she's off to high court of appeal. She lives only 5 miles from me I may actually go and knock on her door.

  23. I am home in one piece. Stayed until outcome of Property Chamber and test case. Can be re-listed by either party. Got to pay CMI. Plus additional first payment by 1/12/2013 even though I've been doing this anyway for last 5 months. Spoke to the Judge about getting an order for them to disclose all my information to me from the start of my mortgage 2007 he told me to send to lender and copy to their solicitors with 21 days for delivery if nothing forthcoming apply to the court for an order. Their solicitor arrived late, the. Asked for 10 minutes to call the lenders solicitors, had no notes and when asked about the arrears didn't know the figure. The DJ said he didn't want to waste time and money as he thought my case was same as Tilly Lamb I told him no it wasn't and to read my defence he did, he then stopped asking me about the defence even though I had to offer my copy until he found the ones I pointed out to him I had been ordered to submit by 16/10 so they should be on file. Downside I am ordered to pay all costs and PC costs if it is found the test case is void. Thanks for you help and support.
