  2. any thoughts? just a quick one i maybe paranoid, only could there sequencing not be by mistake but a tatic in the effort of preparing in the usual belligerant way for a ruling on there illegal 'charges' into the there favor as they are such a big contributers economy it's only a though and 'another way' of puting us further into debt, enforce and keep us in overdraft:evil:. So that when i/we eventually start a claim by the time we finish the claim my overdraft will eat most of the claim amount. I always try to have more funds than necssacery in that acc before any paymnet is due & have been trying to reduce my overdraft like most of us but never seem to manage too as there charges usually amont to arround £100 p.c.m:rolleyes: Well i guess it more money for me when i win but really anonying and dispicable getting deprived of my own money. am i thinking along the correct lines, any thoughts comments advice is welcome, infact please any thing i can do to reduce my liablity to them and prove them in the wrong would be great. In the mean time chin up eyes front and lets keep taking the battle to them.
  3. espana07 it seems to me that the way it was initally reported was soully to put the hebgebes in to people that were wayning or had not even started to claim as the banks are fully aware there parctisce are illiegal and will have to return and pay out 'loads a money' so good to hear you going on like business as usual, First of all the case you reffuer to the judgement was made by a DISTRICT judge in a COUNTY court and does not have any bearing or affect on any other procedding in any other court or district. And was probably becase that judge and the leagal system in that area/district are getting feed up tired and bogged down by the number of claims and the banks addmiting paying what they owe just before any hearing date and wanted to escalte the matter to a higher court for some sort of one rulling covers all. also apparently the claim could have been presented a bit better so be paitance do your homework and here you will find 'loads a' encoragement and support and all the materials resources info you could ever need. feel free to read the links at the foot of my signature for further clarifcation.
  4. relax ony you read as tired and confusded and uber stressed, thats understandable but your not doing yourself any favors and could potentialy do more damage than good seriously relax & calm yourself Ka Ka Ka 'chill with the still' as is said. my advice i'd be carfull about the compound interest stuff that could turn around and bite you later try get some rest now. I guess (but am not sure) you can apply the same rate as 'nasty west' apply to you , stands to logic if you ask me. more over there is 'contractual interest' being writen about on this site as having been used sucsessfully i'm not sure as yet how when or where to apply that yet as i havent delved into that enuf as yet so i 'm gonna have to say best thing look and do some research. i think tis mentioned and linked on one of the posts in the thread i linked eariler. if not there then definatly in one of the most recent theads in the banking or welcome sections. So best safe now than sorry later as i said get some rest and have afresh look later try again to use this sites charges and interest calc as i said it will produce the schedule of charges and interest for you. the colums should update unless you leave or enter an unrecognised charecter one of the cells it would then ahve a cascadeing affect. that could be the issue. sorry i cant be of more help now i also need some sleep my self. PLease dont' misundersand you can also count on me but am non sure of how much more help i can give am kinda new here and still finding my feet only am more than willing to help in any way i can and your quirees help me too so I'll monitor this thread. But I srtongly uge you to get in contact with a site moderator their names are highlighted in all the active members and users list in the root of the forum. for more support and to clarify any thing you need ie the calc and to verify all of the above and that your making the corect steps laterz for a few hours
  5. thanks i'm starting to veer in this direction. As in this instance they are charging 10% could well end up being qiute alot and the support and encouragement plus resources and tools availble here are great. more over i'm understanding i've got a few more 'claims' i can make GE is one of them then sainsburys bank and st andrews PPI i think i'll start with a small claim so i can get the familiar with procedural steps and will be reliying heavliy on you all. Wendyb conratulations on your win very ecouraging but does that mean well lose you now? PS hee hee he yes wowwaah wee waw yes we like wine i guess i'm not the only one here, but i got fixed assets running through my veins as write. HIGH 5!
  6. hello ony I think dont panic not too sure about the procedure required only i did remember that i read a thread/post about ammending your claim at the stage you are have a good look http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/lloyds-bank/47344-claim-too-vague-defence.html And dont worry about the vauge or lloyds bit in the title the ruling point of law as a they are in that instance apply directly to what it is your after also read the nasty west forum guide on applying interest etc and probably the safest tryed and proven way is to use the inertest spreadsheets available that apply the interest and produce the scheduales you will need fidz
  7. first off welcome and good to see you here & don't panic pretty much what maroondevo52 said. Personally i do recommend you consider this a way of getting whats yours and not a quick fix or a way of earning. I'm not tring to be judgementle is just that I get a unsure tone from your post I give my opinon, advise and give guidance so you get the best results and you will need paticence the finnacial institues do not play fair when we try to get money from them or go after money thats ours. And even the 'profesional' companies charging a percentage of your money for the service will take a best 9 weeks usually many more. and they do not have any speical rules inside track or even the tools, materials or resources that we all have available here. A quick way around this site is and the procedural highlights are. Be best prepeared so you do get your money and you will. if you haven't allready i sugest you read through the FAQ section. bank charges F.A.Q section please read http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/faqs-please-read-these/ the consumer action group.co.uk forum libraries bank charges resources. http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/ also start a thread in the relvent dedicated finacial instute section of the forum http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/#bank-action-group-against and you will get some of best support available and find alot of help and reasources. also have a look at the lawpack links on the left of these pages some real good resources there. when you do go through all the above, Do further research in to the particulars of the bank your going after as they all 'play' differently. as your best bearing most of the postings and the experiance of your fellow claiments in mind whist procedding. all the best

  9. i have a avantage gold ac and a first res i have always been told as i have tried and even in the internet banking nasty west will not allow DD's from first reserve accounts looks like you have somwhat of an kock out punch I will look for the t&c's where they might have distributed said info. and count on me if you need my support and or afidavit
  10. just a quick thought maybe paranoid, only could there sequencing not be by mistake but a tatic and 'another way' of puting us further into debt, enforce and keep us in overdraft:mad:. So that when i/we eventually start a claim by the time we finish the claim my overdraft will eat most of the claim amount. And the same time or prior too that in the effort of preparing in the usual belligerant way for a presedent or ruling on there illegal 'charges' into the there favor as they are such a big contributers economy it's only a though:mad:, I have been trying to reduce my overdraft like most of us but never seem to manage too as there charges usually amont to arround £100 p.c.m:rolleyes: oh ps check this out http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/show-post/post-828169.html Hopfully and sinceraly many thanks ya'll
  11. hello and thank you sooooo much for your quick reesponces and words of encouargement
  12. Hello all, as i said in the tag I'm new to the C.A.G I am going after the money NatWest has been fleecing form me since i started my advantage gold account. I am not well versed in countulating interest or the law and over so many years also the NatWest A.G.C.A charges changed so many times over the past few years that i have found a history of here thanks NATTIE http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/NatWest- bank/27521-advantage-gold-unarranged-borrowing.html and all the F.A.Q and I am also slightly dyslexic (as you can probably tell don't misinterpret i love numbers) so am worried about how I would 'handle' this i don’t like writing as, I misspell words miss whole words sentences and use the wrong words to get it over and done with and have scavenged bits from my previous documents and really appreciate word processors. I have been looking around for the past few weeks doing my research Via this great site's brilliant info and opinions plus the support and positive reinforcement is outstanding. MANY MANY THANKS YA'll. Only for me this all seems quite daunting, and so am considering appointing a specialist firm, to prep and do the work for me and having seen yesterdays news lloyds bank favorable DISTRICT court judgment I think I might be heading in the correct direction (preparation wise) the firm I’m considering is a sub. of a legal practice and charge a favourable 10% all the way and put up any costs required so I guess they are under cutting the rest and religing as I hope on calculating the correct return amounts, interest, any costs and time wasted stuff plus whatever else i/we (well we all as victims and therefore claimants) might be or in fact & deed entitled too ( I have asked for one of there claim packs). I hope they don’t get the money and sit on it creaming the interest as most banks and financial institutes do with our cheques and almost any transfer. Plus I believe they would be better placed me thinks to do the all calc's and much better versed with the law and i'm a bit 'lazy' well scared my dyslexia will put me out of play early so sacrificeing the 10% is looking tempting for the experience expertise and patience they will bring to the table. Has anyone here had any dealings personal experience with any of the companies i sure would appreciate any info. I would like to thank all for the wealth of knowalge and intelegence I have up to now found on this site and would like to offer any assistance I can. Also I would appreciate any opinions guidance and help I can get. I had been considering starting the ball rolling for a few months, only about 10 days ago I did, I am well peeved as I have been paying 'penalty charges' intermittently since at least 2003 but it seems like every month for the last year and a bit i mean last month they even charged me £35 for making a £1 payment that had been processed on the same day but only after they applied there own charges and penalties, that put me over my overdraft in the first place this happens every month I'm not earning loads at all in fact it's very tight with not much coming in for me at the mo but i always pay my way inculing those charges and it seems like a evil loop pushing me further and further along and into a bigger and larger O.D. Had they make the £1 payment first before their then they would have found more than enough to cover that and the monthly fee but the sequence they applied them gets them even more interest and 'penatly charges' or what ever and so on. thankfully the muppets show all of this on the statements . As i said whatever i can do to assist/help i would be glad to do so well, save for large fiscal donations as I'm not very flush but once i get my money I will be making a donation by way of a thanks and to help those that are in a tighter spot than myself (and you have that in writing). many thanks in advance and for any info advice guidance and support all the best.

  17. I totall aggree please dont get disenchanted or dis hartened think about it was not an appeal high court or law lords ruling but a DISTRICT judge in a COUNTY court it the judgement does not have any baring on any other case claim or court. and moreover as one of this site creators posted in this thread http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/show-post/post-825486.html http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/PAYUSBACK/ Deadline to sign up by: 21 May 2007 – Signatures: 1,309:shock:
  18. muggins your right my bad, Erh well only depends on you point of view glasshalf empty or half full AS IT WERE. i wasnt attempting to scare him with the fasttrack link you see not only does it set out the potential costs (that can be applyed & redeemed when the bank settle). But mentions the steps and the related costs to be better prepaired. you see i got that motto as I started out as a cub groover if you haven't allready i sugest you read through the FAQ section and the section in the forum that is dedicated to the financial institute you plain on claiming from. 19. hello there brian don't panic! simpliy put, first off and most important the judgment was in a COUNTY court by a DISTRICT Judge, bucks i think but check around the forum many threads and posts even the judgement itself available on this matter , infact district court judgments do not affect any other court like say an high court appeal or rulling by the law lords so shouldn't affect your case the most improtant thing is to be best prepeared and read as the post from one of this sites founders relating to the matter that made you raise you question http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/show-post/post-825486.html It was probably becasue that particular judge and that judicial area system is getting tired of dealing with and bogged down by the growing number of claims being brought before them and wanted to escalate the matter for a presidential setting trial/court hearing to free up there time and deal with all the claims in one go. if you haven't allready i sugest you read through the FAQ section and also enter your case details in the litigation section and give your details to one of the moderateors or site helpers of this forum in this section and you will get some of best support available and find alot of help and reasources. litigation section link http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=138&Itemid=82 resources http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/#libraries-bank-charges-materials get yourself a 'court buddie' http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/buddy.php post and read in the deadicated lloyds section of the forum http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/lloyds-bank/ also have a look at the lawpack links on the left of these pages some real good resources there any opinon and advice is solely my own and not refect the view oppinon or advice of this site. if you have a need for further clarification please ask post threads and research. All the best. FIDZ Now your here and i have your attention do us all a favor and please at least look at http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/Penaltycharges/ http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/PAYUSBACK/ Deadline to sign up by: 21 May 2007 – Signatures: 1,309:eek:
  20. thanks louis, i apperciate your advice and opinion, yeah 10% could work out a real big number as i have had this acc since well i have statemnets 2003 infront of me I guess i'll look a bit deeper into what they offer i have requested a 'claimpack' only they would be better placed me thinks to do the calc's and much better versed with the law and i'm a bit 'lazy' well scared my dyslexia will put me out of play early. again many thanks for your welcome opinion and guideance i will be putting it in to practice. Fidz And I have signed up to the penaltycharges petition I was not aware of the payusback one untill i saw it attached to your profile very good idea!!!!!!!!!!! i hope more of us signup http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/PAYUSBACK/#detail http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/Penaltycharges/
