  1. Many thanks again to the help from this site. I have just helped a client (I work in social care) to re-claim £1305.84 back from Lloyds. We had to take them to court and they responded saying they intended to defend the case but they never did. In the end we applied to the court for a judgement and they ordered Lloyds to pay and they did!! This is fantastic news for my client who is on benefits and so this will make a big difference to them, and I am well chuffed because I found the founds quite tricky to do, but it all worked out! 2. Well kind of! I only had to send two letter and then they wrote to me and said that although they didn't agree that they had done anything wrong, as a "goodwill gesture" they would refund all that I had asked for. It's only £388 but hey, it's better than nothing!! Thanks for everyone's help on the forum! I'll still be reading up as I'm helping two people with their claims against Lloyds for a lot more money! 3. Firstly, I just want to say thank you to everyone on this site for all the information I have used with the claims I am persuing. I am currently supporting a client to reclaim £1290.18 in bank charges from Lloyds TSB, a friend to claim closer to £4000 from Lloyds TSB and myself to claim about £350 from NatWest! This query is about my client (I work in social care). We completed a claim form for court and received a "Notice of Issue" and then a "Notice that Acknowledgement of Service Has Been Filed". This said "The Defendant filed an Acknowledgement of Service on 13th June 2007. The defendant responded to the claim indicating an intention to defend all of the claim. The defendant has 28 days from the date of service of the claim form with particulars of claim, or of the particulars of claim, to file a defence". We have not heard anything back though - do we need to send the "Request for Judgement" back to the court or do we need to do anything else? I hope that's clear enough?! Thank you in advance for your help, Alice
