  1. Do I need too write to council explaining that I will pay debt of in installments and do I need to contact bailiffs ?
  2. the debt is £1890 for 2007 / 2008 council tax and £2330 for past years. The bailiff have not entered my property. I have today paid some money to camden council thru online payment. do I keep paying monthly is there a letter I can send to camden offering payment.
  3. I hope someone can help. I have Equita saying that I need to pay £2000 to them within two weeks for outstanding council tax. I have calculated my outstanding bill which is £4200, if I pay on the 48 weeks it works out £88.00 per month, I have just made payment online to the council. is there a template letter I can send to the council asking them to accept my payment offer and to take my files back to the council. I really dont want to pay any money to the bailiffs if ican get round this. do I try to set up a standing order with council, or just keeping paying monthly online?
  4. Abbey called up my new bank asking them to deposit money to clear my overdraft, they did not contact me themselves, can they do this?
  5. Abbey took well over 40 days to send my last batch of statements 2001 - 2003,so I got a bit worried and claimed my refund for the statements I have I did state the dates in the letter to abbey, I have now received the rest of my statement( which were requested 14th March) so I have now requested back those charges again stating the time period, am I doing this the correct way?
  6.
