Sorry you are also wrong barracad If The postal Orders have Been Cashed It does NOT mean The letter has been delivered, They might have been Lifted by one of the many Dishonest Royal Mail Employers The Royal Mail Is nothing but a big JOKE. How Can they loss 2 out of 3 signed for recorded letters.
  2. You are wrong IE what are you claiming compensation for anyway. 2 out of 3 of my signed for recorded cca requests were not delivered. So there are 2 £1 postal orders plus on 45p each postal order Plus £1.40 for each recorded signed for letter in total around £5.70 on 2 letters maybe you can afford to loss this car2403 But I certainly cannot.
  3. Just to update on my original post, There is still 2 out of 3 letters that are still Untrackable. These were posted on the 2nd jan, When i contacted Cs by telephone They said my letters must have gone astray But why dont I send them again. I told them to stick there service were the sun dont shine. Royal Mail Are really the pits. Is there another service I can use other than Royal Mail They should Rename Royal Mail To Black Mail.
  4. If you are getting silent calls ring this number 0870 444 3969 BT Gave me this number last week. As Most DCA Are using computers to block call people now, And they pick up on the first person to answer the rest just end up with a silent call this should be outlawed. i did this myself last week.It stops all block dialling silent calls When you ring this number they stop all silent calling imediately
  5. If the royal Mail Are charging extra for signed and recorded letters, And then Just putting them in sacks with the normal Mail, Then They should be heavily fined for charging for a service That is not been correctly carried out.
  6. So what Royal Mail Are saying is we will charge you £1.40 or whatever it was. but dont be suprised if we fail to deliver your letter Royal Mail are Totally Incompetent.
  7. I Cannot beleive the incompetence of royal mail, I Sent 3 cca requests on the 2nd jan. And out of the three I have only one signature validated on track and trace, Have called royal mail CS and they have informed me I need to wait untill The 22nd jan before i can report the 2 missing letters as lost. Whats the point of using recorded signed for letters service When Royal Mail Cannot guarantee delivery. Is there another private service i can use to re-submit my cca requests. And do I need to re-Submit the missing CCAs ? Thanks.
  8. Thanks for your reply Lula. The thing is i dont know which one has been received As when Handed them to the post office I did not mark the two accounts I was just relying on both letters being delivered Maybe best to send both again ?.
  9. I posted earlier in regards to 2 littlewoods shopping debts. Due to ilness contacted cccs worked out what i could afford, And offered a token payment of £2 a month. Liitlewoods then called the dogs on me ie NDR Both CCA requests were sent to NDR on the 2nd jan I sent them by recorded signed for One letter has been signed for but the other has not. And wont show up on track and trace I contacted royal mail but all they would say was it had not been delivered yet. Also littlewoods are calling me twice a day from 08000 515503 But dont answer I would not talk to them any way What do i do about my CCA request send again ?.

  11. As i have stated here at cf I have had financial problems due to ilness, And contacted cccs in order to get my finances under control, I have offered all my creditors a token payment. As I am on incapacity benefit, I have a capital one account of which I Offered a token payment, Which was refused then yesterday a dca fredricksons called about my capital one debt I said i would not talk to them over the phone and to send me a letter,I have however this morning received a letter again from capital one which reads as follows. Account **************** Thank you for contacting us about your current financial situation Unfortunately. I couldn't action your request because you didn't sign your letter. So that I can do this for you. please write to me again at this address Capital One po box 5282 nottingham NG2 3YH Alternatively you can call us and one of our specialist account managers will go through a security check with you and answer your query immediately. Our telephone number is 0800 952 4914 Im sorry for inconvenience this causes you. I realise how frustrating it is to have to go to the trouble of contacting us again, However we need to do this to protect the security of your account and personal details yours etc Verity Billson Senior manager. Am I right in thinking that capital one are desperate to get hold of my signature, Why do they keep phoning me when they have Turned down my token payment offer, And have now asked fredricson international to deal with my debt. They have phoned me again 30 minutes ago I said I Was not going to talk to them on the phone, Do I cca fredrickson now or cap one ? thanks.

  17. I am going to send a cca request in january As I am paying £2 a month does this mean i have agreed to the debt Or do they still have to produce the signed credit agreement ? What I mean is if i have entered into a token payment with my creditors, Can i still send a cca request. thanks.

As I have explained in previous posts here at consumer forums, I have contacted cccs in order to sort out my finances, As I am only receiving disability benefits I have paid all my creditors a token payment of £2 a month, I sent a statement of my financial situation to all my creditors, Some have been very helpful some just ignore my letters. But Littlewoods/NDR have sent me there latest statement and are charging me £25 a month interest, I have asked them to freeze my interest but NDR Have ignored my request and continue to charge me £25 a month. Would this be considered to be unfair practice, I would prefer my creditors to take me to court, And I could then apply for an administration order, But I think the DCA are shying away from court to try and bully more money out of me. Is there anything I can do about the interest thanks.

  20. My father passed away recently He had an insurance out for years but after recieving the claim form from his insurance company it asks for the insurance ref number. But we have looked all through the house but not been able to find the policy and therefore dont have the policy number, My question is how do we make a claim without the policy number, thanks for all help.

Thanks for the info NailPost I will just keep sending them my token payment and enclose a letter saying they are not entitled to see my post office statement for benefit, I would not have been happy sending my personal account details through the post in any case, Is It lawfull for them to ask me for benefit entitlement proof ? thanks again.

Capital one have phoned me this morning, after i sent them an expenditure breakdown and list of my creditors through CCCS they have flatly refused my token payment of £2 a month I Am on incapacity benefit and they have now asked for proof of my entitlement to benefit, the only thing i have at the moment is a post offIce statement dated july 06 I can contact social but it takes weeks to get any proof of benefit off them. will this post office receipt be acceptable thanks.

Will try the cca request, Just going to show my benefit entitlement, and postal order receipts, if anyone comes from moorcroft, my wife is very upset at the thought of people coming from debt collecttion agencies I just wish one of my creditors would take me to court I would then request an administration order and stop all the harresment, thanks again.
