how do i start court proceedings at that stage please help?

can anyone help me? Ive sent three letters gone through all the right procedure spreadsheets 2 claim money back! Had one letter saying its a business after letter 2 sent them a letter saying im taking them 2 court heard nothing back and the 14 days is up! How do i start court proceedings? what do i need 2 do now? please help

im starting a court proceedings what do i need 2 do? sent them a letter threatening 2 take them 2 court but no reply! That was over 14 days ago its a lloyds bank account, had one letter from them saying that they work as a business. No contact since then done the 3rd letter so its taken 2 court now yes? What do i need 2 do?

hi i have recently joined this site and i am currently in the process of sending my letter with all the full charges on it. Do i need to proceed by sending it recorded delivery to be sure the bank receives it?
