Where do I start trying to reclaim £5000 mortgage redemtion penalty? I have written to Woolwich already- no luck. What should I do next? I have been advised to hold back a while as there have been a few lost cases recently. Thank, jenoirs

Hi, I seem to be in a similar sitaution to you- early redepmtion charge- ridiculous amount considering I only had a few weeks untilthe end of the term. I'm new to this site- so if you get any helpful info- I would be grateful if you could forward to onto me. Thanks, and good luck, jenoirs -
I redeemed my mortgage 6 weeks prior to the end of my term. I was charged a ridiculous sum of £5000, even though my mortgage was only 500 per month. Does anyone know of any way I can get this money back? Woolwich have said they won't refund/ Thanks
