Hello all - Im new to the forum but am claiming £789 from Lloyds TSB here in Jersey. I have just had a second letter of refusal but was interested in the last paragraph which states " I hope that you now feel that I have been able to answer all the points you raised with us. Please treat this letter as our final response. This means that if you are still unhappy, you have the right to refer this matter the the Jersey Financial Services Commission, PO Box balh blah blah..... However you should note that the Jersey Financial Services Commission does not provide a Financial Ombudsman Service. Yours sincerely........" Can anyone help - is there someone out there who has claimed bank charges back from Lloyds TSB in Jersey?? :-?
