    Hi everyone, I am a new member. I have just started 2 claims against Capital One and Nat West. Can anyone tell me if they have been successful in claiming back more than 6 years charges? My claims relate to 2001, but in one case, exceeds 6 years by about 4 months. I will be keeping you all up to date.
