  1. I settled with A&L today. Carry on as normal.
  2. That'll be fine; it's better to send too much information than not enough!
  3. You could use a photocopy of the order as a coversheet. If you take it to the court, the clerks there are really helpful. You don't, I think, need the statements at the moment. Save them for your court bundle.
  4. Your case has been transferred to a local court (to you) from Northampton. You will not be required to fill in an Allocation Questionnaire, unless the judge in your local court decides otherwise. Simple as that!
  5. Just sit tight and wait for the allocation questionnaire. AND DON'T WORRY. The first time that I read through ToeWragge's defence, I cr*pped myself; but it contains more holes than a rusty bucket! Regarding the "core terms" argument, just make sure you read and understand THIS and you shall worry no more.
  6. I agree, it sounds like they want the spreadsheet. Remember, you file to court and serve upon the defence, i.e. you need to send: one copy to the court and one copy to the defence.
  7. Perfect, especially the OFT Credit Card report.
  8. If it's a separate claim, yes. That was only full and final settlement on that particular claim.
