  1. i'm quite surprised you can claim interest via the FOS. I've made a complaint to them with interest added on, so we'll what happens. My claims against Lloyds and for approx £2.5K.
  2. our complaints procedure and how to complain
  3. Another dumb question, Do i send copy correspondence in the initial pack that i send to Northampton county court or is that just for the actual court bundle, if it gets that far?
  4. Loonpants - The partial GOGW offer was paid into my bank before i even received the letter offering it. I immediately responded accepting on an INTERIM only so yes its been taken. So guess i'll need to show that in the POC as otherwise **** will no doubt raise it in their defence.
  5. Okay, I’m about to start my MCOL claim and will finish it this weekend. I’ve read through ‘Getting MCOL right’ and I understand the process I think. Anyway question is that I received a GOGW from Lloyds for £750.00. I guess I need to show this deduction in the particulars of claim, right? Should I just do for example? Total claim £1750, Less gesture of good will of £750, remaining balance £1000. Would that be okay? Also after I finish the claim on MCOL I send a full copy of my charges info and schedule/breakdown to the Northampton court. Do I send it to [problem] at the same time or wait for their acknowledgement/defence? Finally would you send a copy of your T&C at this stage, as I think I’ve still got them from when the account was open? Sorry for the daft questions, I just don’t want to mess up my claim. 6. Can anyone help me and give me the phone/email address for thatr Colin Pugh chap who seems to settle everyone's claim? Ta in advance.
  7. I'm in Solihull which is linked to Brum. About to do MCOL probably this weekend. Not sure if it will get transferred to B'ham County Court. Is it a problem if it is???????
  8. Cheers for the imput. I had already given my address (still the same as when i had the card) but to no avail. I've re-sent the S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) with as such info as i could think of. I also have a LLoyds current account so i've given those details incase they can link it from that. Oh, didn't think about the credit file thing. How could i get that info. Would i need to pay for a credit reference search with Experian or something????? I knew i should have kept those old statements..... doh. MadMaxCTR:cool:
  9. flowerofsarum, I'll think you'll find that the £750 will be credited to your daughter bank account. You can take it as an interim and send off one of the partial settlement rejection letters from the template library. Keep us posted with the FOS complaint. MadMaxCTR:cool:
  10. Got a response from Lloyds in response to the rejection of the partial offer. Its about 2 lines long and just states that they are NOT going to increase their offer and the £750 GOGW is the maximum they will pay without further action (FOS complaint/litigation). Oh well.
  11. Any ideas then CAG. Bit stuck and don't want them to weasle out since its was within 6 years.
  12. Cheers Ian, I'll have a butchers in the template area. Sorry got the names mixed up. Have claims against Lloyds, MBNA, CapOne and Egg, got the names the wrong way round. EDITED......
  13. Cheers Standingupformyself, Prob is this card is long closed off and i don't have any statements. MBNA sent me a list of transactions instead. I'll have to use your interest rate instead. hehehe. Ta for the help.

  18. Just curious, have all you guys issued proceedings to get this WOP offer to settle the claim in full??
  19. Need help please CAG. Okay I have various claims going on but I’m trying to get my 6 years worth of statements for a very old Lloyds TSB Classic Credit card. The account is long closed and settled but I remember having a large amount of charges on it as I was young and stupid. I sent my SAR off to Lloyds Card Services and have had a letter back saying they have no record of my account. As it was years ago I don’t have any paperwork, card number or anything relating to it so I’m a bit stuck. The card was definitely active less than 6 years ago. Any ideas as I don’t want the Blackhorse to get away with this one as there being buggers on my current account claim. Many Thanks, MadMaxCTR
  20. Here you go. our complaints procedure and how to complain You can fill in the form on a pdf or word version then print it off and hey presto.
  21. Partial offer rejection letter was sent sometime ago...... and you guessed it I haven't heard anything. I've actually just made a complaint to the FOS about Lloyds TSB so hopefully I’ll get full settlement (without interest) without the need for litigation. We'll see........
  22. Okay, Didn't get a response to me question but I’ve sent a 'partial rejection letter' to MBNA rejecting the £250 gesture of goodwill offer, also stating I’ll take it as an interim, BUT I haven't actually received the cheque yet. Do you think they'll still send it?
