Hi, I've been using the forum and other's threads to work out where I am going. I sent the prelim approach for repayment letter, and have recieved a response offering me a low sum as the full and final payment (which I am wanting to reject obviously!). Which letter do I send now? The letter before action, or the rejecting settlement one - the rejecting settlement link seems to be a step further ahead than I am, but the LBA doesn't mention rejecting their offer iyswim. Where do I go from here? Thanks
