  1. OK, Will ring the Court on Monday to find out what I can and will post on here again Monday evening.
  2. Hiya thanks for the response. However, the letter doesn't say what type of hearing it is - just says "TAKE NOTICE that the Hearing will take place on 24 August 2007 at 2:00 PM at Romford County Court When you should attend 10 MINUTES has been allowed for the Hearing Please Note: This case may be released to another Judge, possibly at a different Court" Should I contact the Court to find out what type of Hearing it is or just wait?
  3. Ok We have now been transferred to our local (on 18th June) and today we have a Hearing date of 24th August at 2 p.m. (10 minutes allowed) - but we haven't been asked to supply anything - will we need to prepare any paperwork???
  4. Hiya All Sent the CPR 18 Get lost letter to Cobbetts on 8th June (with a copy to the Court) but haven't heard anything from either Cobbetts or the Court. Am I being too impatient or is everyone waiting for the 20th June which was the date given by Cobbetts to respond to their CPR Part 18 request?
  5. Thanks Steven for a prompt response - as always! (that image of yours freaks me out!!! Is it from the Matrix???) Also, any idea where I can find the CPR-18 get lost letter.
  6. OK Had a letter from Cobblers today with their defence (6 pages) and request for further info (3 pages). Do I need to respond to this? (They are saying I have until the 20th June to respond to the CPR Part 18) - Or do I wait to hear from the Court? Don't want to do anything I don't have to but on a positive note - I am at least looking forward to using the CAG stickers I ordered!!!
  7. Acknowledgement of services has been filed now by Cobbetts (on 15th day!!) I guess it's now I have to wait to see if the AQ has to be completed or if it's being dispensed with. Deep Joy.
  8. Sorry for the delay in replying But a BIG Thanks Hedgey - and to everyone else who is acting as my 'Crutch' at the moment - if you're not paid to do this stuff then you should be - I feel a new career for you all as a consultant coming on!!! REALLY DO APPRECIATE YOUR SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE - THANK GOODNESS FOR THIS SITE.
  9. I have saved (most of) them on my computer - working from home means I can't print them at work - that's one less perk. But I can't seem to get a link on http://www.consumeractiongroup.c o....tionaires.html, Is your court dispensing with the Allocation Questionnaire? Am I doing something wrong??? And I bloody hate reading!!! Especially as it's not juicy gossipy type of things!!! When are they going to bring out a DVD to watch instead!!!
  10. A lot of reading up me thinks!!! Thanks for your comments and support - much appreciated - As a non-drinker, I suddenly feel the need to hit the bottle to keep my courage up!!!
  11. There you go just checked the moneyclaim.gov.uk site and Nasty West have today acknowledged the claim!!! Does anyone know what will be next stage will now be? (Now I've just gone in to melt down - uugghhh why did I start this????
  12. Hiya still nothing today - Gaud I hate this waiting around!!!
  13. Thanks for your comments - watch this space over the next couple of days - I'm expecting something to drop through the letterbox anyday soon (like tomorrow!!). On Martin Lewis' website though, he says to go for the judgement by default asap after the 14 days - but I will go with your advice and wait a few days. I'll post again tomorrow WHEN I hear!!!
  14. Thanks guys - will keep you posted over the next couple of days!! But I am expecting something from Cobbetts tomorrow. I am also going on to the moneyclaim website to see if anything appears on my claim page.
  15. Hiya Wondered if anyone can help. The claim was issued by the court on 4th May and served on 9th May. Nat West have until tomorrow (23rd) to respond, but as yet haven't heard anything from them (or the court). Should I be doing anything tomorrow???
