kate i also have a poor credit score of which i have received the reports back today not good, would i not qualify for an account elsewhere because of this credit score??

hello Kate, thankyou i will have a look at this now, recently in the last couple of weeks barclays bank have been sending letters stating im overdrawn without an overdraft and to contact them to discuss,and i do get paid monthly but always overdrawn,will i still qualify for reclaiming and for how far back can this claim be?

i have had an account for 21 yrs,my account was good for years until i had financial probs and repeatedly asked the bank to help me reduce my payments and was told not possible,then a kind helpful member of staff found a way to help,my overdraft was removed and even tho i earn a good wage they will not give me an overdraft back as much as i ask,and charge me for being overdrawn,this has been going on for a few years now,what do i do as i do not understand,is there anyone who can help and advise please,
