Dear pals I have had my case sent to my local court and received a notice of transfer stating the AQ should be sent to the court (no aq in letter) I have downloaded one for the small claims track and added section G from advice on this forum should i sent any more information e.g copy of statements etc ??? -

Thanks for your support everyone, I will keep updating not received anything yet from court do I just wait or send my list of charges when they send me the court location ?? -

I am at exactly the same point barclays have put in a defence today ? Help!!!!!!!!!!!! -
I am at the stage where barclays have said they are going to defend not had anything from mcol yet should I get a bundle ready ????
