There was no line the whole way under the car, I asked my friend about the signs they think it said no parking 8am to 7pm mon to saturday - but that was where the yellow line was I know thats probably not helpful here is the ticket as well [

I believe there was yellow lines on the road, but not where my friend parked here are the pictures and will scan ticket too shortly! The car that got the fine was the silver.

I completely understand you need information to help, I don't know how to upload pictures on here or a copy of the ticket, so I typed all the informaiton contained all the ticket. Its actually for a friend so I don't have all the details. I know the fine is payable to the London Borough of Lamberth and car was parked on Palace Road. The PCN number begins with LH if that means anything? I don't know how to upload the pictures I have but the car in front has a yellow line under it, and then it stops and there is no yellow line under where my friend parked.

Thanks so much for taking the time at looking at this, got a parking ticket this week but there was no yellow line, I took some pictures can I appeal on the basis that the contravention did not occur as there was no single or double yellow lines of a continuous, unbroken nature or that ended in a 'T-bar' at the location of my parked vechile. I sent in my request for repayment of credit card charges but they flatly refused, I tried arguing but still not a single offer! So I sent a compliant to the FOS rather than going the court route - they really are not a very nice bank are they! FOS have now got involved, and wrote to them, then Abbey wrote back to me saying FOS had asked for a final response to be sent to me, which Iis weird because I already had a final response from Cahoot. Anyway FOS wrote to me saying they have asked Abbey to re-consider there offer, or provide details of how the charges are made up! will wait now to see what happens!

Hello I have had excately the same from Halifax and Mint both offered me the difference between the £12 and £25 as a full and final offer. Not sure if they are thinking that the court case will result in £12 being found fair or not, there was no reference to the OFT £12 from either bank. I am now going through the FOS route, so will see what happens.

Hello Thought I'd my claim on here, I sent my first LBA to Halifax on 23rd July 2007, for my Mint Credit Card & Halifax One Credit Card they total £634.00. I have not recieved any response, and I worried they will now put it on hold. I wanted to go the FOS route rather than the court route, I know that FOS will now put my claim on hold but should I still send them my complainant?

At least recieved my credit card statements from Lloyds! So am going to post my letter at lunch time, rejecting the offer of £750 and the a new updated total of charges I am claiming. Total of Credit card and current account stands at £2104 I have given them until 10th August or I start legal action. Which I will do. I also faxed a copy of this letter as well. Hoping they are scared by this test case and will give in to me!

The £750 is in my account now, but i am confused cos I want to add my credit card charges to my bank charges before I start the MOL. Do i need to provide them with the credit card charges before I can add them to the total claim. I dont want to do two claims, but I am waiting forever for my credit card charges

I am so annoyed, have u ever heard anything like this, I sent in my letter for a request of charges and they sent it back because I said in my letter I have got married please change my name as well. I sent a copy of my marriage certficate as well They wrote back saying we cant accept it (it is in Italian) and transalated on the back into English. I have changed my passport and Lloyds and Natwest have accepted it as well, they are the only ppl who wont accept it. I think it is just a tatic. But regardless they sent back my letter as well....Surely they cant do this

Hello No dont worry I dont think it is, I got married in Italy and my marriage looks very odd (dont worry it is legal) and I have not changed all my details as I only have a single marriage certficate. As long as you continue to pay the card its fine. When I sent it my claims I also said I have changed my name here is a copy of my marriage certficate as I was worried that if I got a cheque I could not cash it.
