thanks,how long have i got from getting last letter from lloyds to start court claim,i need £100 fee but don,t get paid untill 18 aug,got letter from lloyds stating that they are not dealing with claim untill oft court case is settled last week.

hi,i have coppied 3 n1 claim forms,1 for court,1for myself 1 for bank.when do i send to bank,when i get court date or before i go to court.

thanks for the help,i have a slight problem when i asked for 6 years statments which included all charges i added them all up which came to £1200,i have just realised i have claimed for my bank account fees aswell,i pay £5 amonth for an account which i receive free breakdown cover,mobile insurance etc.the total charges for being overdrawn total £720.have i messed up as i have sent lba,and letter saying in no refund i will take to court,please advise.also how do i get in contact with court,and wher do i get claim form.sorry for being a pest.

I have been trying to claim back charges for 5 months from tsb,sent LBA,HAD NO REPLY,sent another letter asking for refund or would take to court and add interest on if not refunded.just received a letter from lloyds stating cannot deal with claim because of oft court case,they say they have records of my claim and once oft court case is settled they would contact me.do i wait for case to finish which could take months or should i go to court.i am in no hurry and could wait for case to finish,please advise.thanks.

can any body give me advice,aked for total charges over 6 years,received statements for 6 years,all charges total £1200,sent letter asking for full refund,letter arrived today.lloyds saying they are sorry that we are unhappy about bank charges,also saying that office of fair trade published new guidlines on credit card default charges in april 2006.also they say i do hope you can see that we make our charging system as fair as possible,and why i can,t agree to cancel your charges.i do not own a credit card it is just a normal bank account.i have paid £10 for 6 years statements,please help.

i sent letter to colmore road birmingham,instead of chiswell st london.they have received it as i tracked it by royal mail.i sent cheque for £10,but has not been cashed yet.
