    i bank with nationwide, they take charges from my account without informing me first. the only way i find out is when i go to the cashpoint or my statement arrives. is this legal?????????????. When they return a direct debit, they charge is £30.00. but if i dont have funds in the account when they take their charge it come out and puts my account overdrawn.
