  1. Can anyone help? My son has just received a letter from A & L after he has issued a Court Order with Northampton Court. They have included a cheque for £843.00. He has actually claimed £2900 including interest so will be sending the cheque back with a letter but we are unsure what to put in the letter to them saying he is still persuing the full amount of the claim. Any help would really be appreciated.
  2. Thanks for that special K. I have a joint advantage gold account which is ready to send off so I think I will do that without interest and then I can concentrate on the business account. What about revisal fee and OD arrangement fee on the business account, can I claim for these? Thanks a lot. Nettie
  3. Do I have to claim for interest when claiming on a business account, or can I just claim for the charges e.g. Cheque returns etc. Thanks. Nettie
  4. Hi special k. Hope you can help. I think the more I read the more I seem to become confused. I have received my bank statements for business acount and have listed them all, but realise that this should be on a spreadsheet, so have downloaded I think 3 different ones, but am unsure how to fill in. I understand the beginning section date, unpaid DD charge etc. but when you tab over to the second half and it has interest etc. don't know about what sort of interest I should be applying. Also do you know if I can claim Revisal fee and OD arrangement fee. Any help would be very much appreciated. I think if I can't understand soon I will have to go to a rip of company to do it for me. Nettie

  6. Thanks a lot hod. To me its about as clear as mud. Can I claim OD arrangement fee and revisal fee? nettie
  7. Just printed a copy of the business letter for claiming fees but dont understand what the two amounts of moeny are in the 4th paragraph. Any help would be appreciated
  8. I am quite new to all of this and have just realised through reading on Martin Lewis site that I need your site and your expertise to enable me to claim on a business account. It is with Nat West and my approximate claim is for around the £10,500 mark. There are two things I am not too sure if I can claim or not one is OD arrangement fee and the other is Revisal Fee. I am now going to read through a good section of your threads and try and get more information. Nettie
