hi can anyone help me. isent off for my 6 years bank statements on the 12 of may with a cheque for 10 pounds, i still havent received them and my bank says they dont no anything about it they have no record of it.but........... the cheque for the bank charges has been taken from my account on the 11 of april so they must have gotten it what should i do next????????????
