  1. Please can anbody help? Everytime I try to open spreadeet it says webpage cannot be found. Have tried on 4 different computers - at work and home and still the same. Is there any other link as am getting pretty desperate now. Thanks
  2. Hi, was wondering if anyone can help me again. Barclays haven't replied to any of my letters. (Is this usual) Sent a list of charges at beginning of May cause couldn't open the speadsheet. Now need to begin court action but still cannot get spreadsheet to open. Have seen one on Martin Lewis site. It calculates the interest and was wondering anyone knows if they are thesame and if ok to use this. Thanks
  3. Thanks a lot for help. Will get letter typed up now and post tomorrow.
  4. Hi there, Was wondering if anyone been in similar situation and what route they took. Yesterday I was filling in moneyclaim form as Lloyds hadn't responded to my 2nd letter. Post arrived with an offer of 750 pounds in full and final settlement. Obviously not accepting cos claim is over 3,000. Do I write back saying I accept but still want the full amount, hoping they will pay in full and avoiding court action? Or do I ignore letter and press ahead with action? Thanks
  5. Thanks a lot for help. Will carry on with online form and get it posted.
  6. Thanks for advice. Will find Spreadsheet. Is it best to make a claim through moneyclaim or with N1 form? Was bit concerned about moneyclaim form because it is a joint account and was only space for 1 claimant. Does this matter? Also do I need to send the speadsheet with interest included to the bank or is this what I take to court?
  7. I also have not had a reply from Lloyds to my second letter (21st April). They replied to my first letter saying I was not entitiled to any refund of charges. What I was wondering was do I now begin court action? I sent off statements highlighting all the charges I was claiming back in the last letter. Is this right? Is this classed as a schedule of charges? hope somebody can help as am getting into a muddle with this.
  8. have looked at above sites, and am trying to open the spreadsheet file to workout overdraft interest. Was unable to open it at work, have just tried at home and still saying there is a fault. Anybody else having problems opening it?
  9. Thanks for advice. Hv got 1 more query at the moment. The letter i sent off originally was not for business accounts but for a personal account. Will this affect my claim and wud it b better if i started again with 1st letter from the library?
  10. Hi, I wonder if someone can help me please? I am trying to claim over £7,000 in charges from my husband's business account. I have already sent a letter in February (I didn't know about this site then) but havn't had a reply. I have spent the last few days looking through the information on this site. but have a few queries before I send another letter. I think I read somewhere (but can't find it now) that if the claim was for over £5,000, there was a different way of claiming. Also on the template letter I have just been looking at, it asks for the amount taken in charges plus overdraft interest. I thought I could only claim for unpaid d/d, s/o, cheques and paid referral fees. Can someone please help? Thanks
  11. hi lori1, thanks for help. Am just about to start doing 'homework' reading faqs etc before i send off any more letters. Thanks again.
  12. Thanks 4 replies. only just found them as its all new to me and didnt know where to access them. Could I just ask what the LBA stage is? Thanks
  13. Hi, I'm new to this forum and still finding my way around the site. This site was recommended to me as I am trying to relcaim bank charges from a business account with Barclays for my husband. (over 6,000 pounds!!!) In February I wrote a letter asking for the charges to be refunded (this was before I knew about this site so have not used the template letter I found earlier today). Was wondering what our next step should be. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
