i had a postal order that sent in a lost recorded delivery letter to goldfish-the letter wa s never signed as delivered so i asked at the post office if they could check that the postal order had been cashed-you have to wait about a month before they regard it as lost-then you have to complete a form with receipt numbers etc for them to look into your case!! -
just put in a claim against npbs for arrears administration fees and returned cheque fees on a mortgage account-they have written to say arrears admin fees are justifiable and wont be refunded and also that returned cheque fees may be covered by the oft case if the principles apply-they are going to look into the legalities and contact me later!!?? am i correct in thinking that mortgages accounts are NOT covered by the test case!!?

did you send your request by registered post-cag recommends that all letters are sent either registered or,as i ahve sent mine,special delivery. if you did then you can prove they received the letter and the payment-my post office actually put on the monetary value space-£10 postal order -

hi juliet-i received the same letter on july 21st and have not received a bean-my claim means i have to pay £250 court fee which i can ill afford at the mo so its on hold til i either receive a miraculous gogw payment or have the money available to file.thinking of reducing my claim to below £5000 so i can afford it!!

thanks steven-only prob is mindzais spready is for bank accounts and i need one for credit cards.do you know which spready i should use for hp or loan claims-a bank spready or a credit card spready?-i would assume a bank one but dont want to get it wrong!!

had the please hang on a while longer letter back in june but not a hint of gogw payment-i notice many people cant afford or forget to file and receive £750 out of the blue-i've had nothing even though my lba was sent on may 30th

click on templates click on no 6 s/sheets with interest click on vamps chambers scroll right down to the very bottom of that page then click on google spreadsheets in bottom left hand corner-it worked fine!!

hi moneyhelp-i just tried kogs icalculate for these amounts with 18.1%cci-all charged on 06/05/2005 £600+£530+£83.it seems that the figure is way too high which it calculates-used google sheets this am and it totalled approx £1800 but when i used kogs is gave £2400. is it me thats done something wrong?? need a figure to send claim to blackhorse
