Help ! First Direct & Allocation Questionnaires
in Welcome to the Consumer Forums
Posted
So filed small claims for £1240 with First Direct , part of HSBC and they filed a defence and moved courts. It cost me £120 and ive been sent a Allocation Questionaire to fill in and pay £100 to and send it back.
One thing that really annoys me :mad:about this is that how do courts think normal people can afford £100 + £120 easily or at all? how are we to win against big banks when theyre big obstacles like this for the common man?
Is it worth doing this or approaching FD to settle ?
Im sure when bank files defence its scares some customers here but it shouldnt !
someone suggested Ive spent time and £100 already so worth paying the £100 as hardly any bank will go to court.
Any views/opinions / advice anyone ?
