  4. Yeah , abuse of courts process....lots of thereofs.... said charges...breach of contract...limitation act 1980...standard terms of conditions ...request claim be struck out....blah blah blah.....Sorry folks eyes glazed over and i nearly nodded off! Basically their gripe is we didn't put an account no on the MCOL. Seem to have found us though so couldn't have been that hard!! Are there any points i need to worry about ? Thanks in advance.
  5. Just a bit worried though as barclays have filed a defence with 13 points of legal jargon on it.....Should i be worried?
  6. Hi all, Been reading the threads for a while...usually when I need reminding that this long slog will all be worth it. Just waiting for a court date now as have had to hand in a copy of statements and charges to court by 10th may. started all this way back in December and can't believe how much barclays have dragged it out. Quick enough to take the cash from my account! Have to play the waiting game I suppose. Thanks to everyone who posts as keeps my spirits up!
