Hi All I'm new to this website. I started claiming back through Moneysaving expert on the 16th of March. I did not get a respond although they did send me an application form for a credit card which is a bit weird. Especially since it was not a standard marketing letter as it was in a hand written envelope with a complement slip inside from my Franch (RBOS Aberdeen). Has anyone else tryed to reclaim from RBOS in Aberdeen? I wrote to the branch directly. Was that the right thing to do? HELP!!!! Funschine
