Hi all I have just started a claim with smile bank but was wondering if I can claim against barclays, the account was a joint acc. from which my name was removed about 2yrs ago. My ex partner recently passed on, who kept the account after I removed my name. Can I claim the charges for the time that my name was on the account(4yrs)? or Can I claim on behalve of my son who has inherited the desceased estate for the full six yrs? many thanks
