Hi, I'm a total newbie on here. I'm about to send 2nd letter to RBS reclaiming charges which amount to £290, I haven't added interest. I'm just nervous that they might turn nasty - ie close my account and demand back (in full all at once!) the £7000 loan I recently had from them ! Help would be much appreciated. Thank You.:-?

Hi I am a complete newbie and just want to say hello!! Have just sent letters reclaiming bank charges to Royal Bank of Scotland and HSBC for my daughter. Had the bank statements and sent letters asking for charges back. So it's watch this space !!
