hi the date for the summons is set for 14/4/08 thanks

hi i have recently received a summons for a charging order from asset link. on the previous court hearings, i was at first ordered to pay £189pm to asset link.(the payments on this account before being passed to asset was £122pm) this was not financially possible and i was advised to apply for a redetermination. this was carried out at liverpool CC, where they set the order as pay forthwith. this account has been getting paid to assett through CCCS at £64pm this payment has never been missed. now i have the application for charging order set for 14/4/08. i would be very thankful of any relevent advice before attending the summons thanks
