Thanks for this, really helpful, when I complete the spreadsheet then do i use the simple one or advanced, i think i use the advance one but it seems there are boxes in it for calculating interest or do i just leave them blank? sorry about all the q's I have tried to search but to little avail. cheers

Thanks Claire really helpful, I have set a thread up in the lloyds section. Could I just ask though about interest? i just claim for 100% of the charges right? Do I need to do anything about interest, on the spreadsheet it has an 8 % box, do I need tio complete this? thanks in advance

Hi All Have just received my copy statements from Lloyds and cannot for the life of me find which charges I am eligable to claim back for on the site. I realise I cannot claim back Account Charge as that is a fee I agreed to however I have a host of others that have come up on the statements. If someone would be so kind as to let me know which ones I could claim back for and whether it is the comlete charge or a percentage of it I would be eternally grateful. What I have on my charge sheet is (Charge) Overdraft Interest (Charge) Overdraft Excess Fee (Charge) Unpaid Standing Order (Charge) Unpaid Direct Debit (Charge) Overdraft Usage Fee Really appreciate any help, thanks so much

hi everyone im jacob, 32, work for a big charity in London and eager to get my charges back from the bank, have heard of the site before and people who have used it but never someone who has won!!
