Just gonna write a letter to A & L cause they reckon "Quote"OFT were actually referring to late payment fees for credit card payments not current accounts"Unquote" let u all know how I get on.Don't like the look of the scottish small claims form cause not a lawyer so hope it don't go that far.

Thanks for your response will write another letter telling them I am not happy with their response and let you know how I get on again appreciate any advice you can give me cause I now feel that this is not going to be easy. Have you heard who is the best to provide umbrella account in case A & L shut me down.

Used template letter asket for a list of charges they had taken over six years they instead sent me six years statements but I went through them isolated the charges to be sent a letter from them saying credit card accounts only that they would not repay charges on current account as they deemed them to be fair. Have posted under elf to see what to do now you should watch my post cause it may be helpful 4 u.

Just new to forum not very good at navigating but need abit of advice cause sent the bank the letter dowloaded from moneysaving expert. The bank sent me six years statements and I isolated all the charges and sent them a request for their return. The bank has forwarded a letter telling me that I can only claim charges from credit card accounts and not my current account and that they feel that their charges are appropriate. My bank is the Alliance and Leicester and I now don't know how to proceed help!!!!!!
