Hi,

I'm a student and currently I'm over my overdraft limit at cahoot. Their charges made me overdrawn significantly. I went overdrawn one month by £15 and I've been charged a fee EVERY month for the past 9 months. I paid in enough money to cover the amount I was overdrawn and the first charge but not enough for the 2nd mystery charge and since then I've been overdrawn with charges.

It's just a regular current account.... Can I claim any of these charges back at all? I have nothing to lose really as they've managed to take most of my money anyway!
