Quick up date RMA gone very quite, defaulted on CCA request.

Now it looks like Golbal Vantedge have taken over as RMA had no joy.

Just as a matter of question would it be normal practice to CCA each DCA or does the first CCA request to RMA still stand???

Regarding RMA(DCA) I am involved with them concerning AM/Exp C/C account.

To date they have not been a problem as I'am on a DMP through the CCCA. However, just received a request from them quote 'I am pleased to inform you that based on your good payment conduct; you have been selected for a settlement offer on your current outstanding balance.

Many thanks, no responce so far from them regarding CCA. 16 days now elapsed.

Do I write and tell them the account is now in dispute or wait untill 30+ days are up??

Sorry to butt in but this MBNA thread is just great reading. I am also having problems with MBNA and they have instructed RMA (Risk anagement Alternatives) to act on thier behalf? This may be a another DCA to add to the list. I have sent CCA to RMA no reply so far other than a non system gen letter from MBNA(makes a change) saying they are freezing all interest and charges?? and they have passed on my debt but they dont say who too. Do I still pay £1.00 token payment to MBNA or RMA?? Any suggestions.

I have just received a letter from RMA Risk Management Alternatives regarding my MBNA arrears. Does anyone know who these people are please. Any suggestions and help is appreciated.

Here we go folks another one to add to the already long list of MBNA issues.

Today I received a letter from RMA (Risk anagement Alternatives) on behalf of MBNA regarding my arrears.

Has anyone heard of this Company if so what are they like to deal with as I am going to CCA them and see what happens would this be the right time to do this?

MBNA are a waste of space, dont worry about them. I have just hacked them off big time with an offer of £1.00 naturally a letter of refusal arrived today. Now the fun starts... will keep you posted.
