Good luck Jeanette for the 12th will be thinking of you - it would be great if we had some really good news from this OFT case before then. xx -

Dead right Hils, no amount of pleading works with them. Ithink Mr Nick Leeson and that French chappie have been doing a great job!!! -

Sounds very dodgy to me. If your claim has been stayed because of the OFT case, then my advice would be to just wait like the rest of us. Unless any one else knows any different. -

Unfortunatley Jeanette I think it is just a waiting game at the moment I know it is so frustrating after all the hard work we have put in and I doubt if the majority of judges are strong enough to stand up and be counted, a much easier life for them to just sit back and count their court fees for which they have done sod all, just yet another rip off... -

Yes I too was just days away from my court date back in august when the news about the OFT case came out, the rest as they say is history. But we will carry on as best we can and I wish you all the luck in the world for the 13th, keep going till our hats float. -

oooohhh yes we are all still very much here, I guess having done all our court bundles and now having our cases stayed, it seems we are now just playing the waiting game. But good luck to all the folk who have applied for the stay to be lifted. I think though the majority of us feel our hands have been well and truely tied but I am sure we will be here to the end. -

Hi tobydoby I did not apply for a stay but I believe there is a template letter to apply for a stay in the libaray on this website, it may be best to make 3 copies and take them with you to court. Hope this helps and the best of luck for the 4th. I think you have to plead that yours is an extreme hardship case and I guess you should go looking like Worzel Gummidge -
