    If that is the address of the YB head office send your request for your bank statements there claiming them under the DATA PROTECTION ACT 1998. I would just make the cheque out to Yorkshire bank and perhaps send it all registered post, hope this helps. Good luck. .........

    Oh yeh I would still go for it you just don't know, hope you get lucky, think I will try and find my court letter and blow the cobwebs off it just to refresh my memory as to what it said.:)................

    My opinion for what is worth would be that the courts are quite happy to keep the stays on and just sit on our court fees, as they have managed to close the floodgates and I doubt they would have the bottle to do the right thing no matter what your letter say's Jeanette, hope I am wrong but I think we could still be having this conversation in 2020. ..............

    The building society are asking for £35 to return my deeds to me, anybody know if we still need them or are they now all kept on disc at the Land Registry, many thanks.

    Sorry to have got your hopes up Hils but not only have I not got my dosh yet. But the wife works at Woolies that is at least for the time being. So don't know about that trip to Barbados lucky if we get a week in Skeggy !!! Not that there is anything wrong with Skeggy folks. ....

    Hi Cleo another option you may like to consider is contacting your local Citizens Advice Centre - I have used them in the past and they are brilliant and really very helpful.

    Are the OFT just as likely to turn a blind eye to the banks shady dealings in the same way as the FSA and the Government has done over the last 10 years and just look were that has got them all - right in the do do. ..

    Myself I would put and send everything in writing and keep copies for yourself. If you phone them they then have your number to harrass you even more. Best of luck.
