Okay, Well i have worked out all my charges and interest add up to £2,100.04. Im now sending off my 1st letter with spreadsheet and statements.. Lets see what they have to say.. Fob off.. Yeah more then likely lol

To be honest with you the schedule of charges hasnt got the most amount of the charges on there.. There is about £400.00 worth of charges. On the statements themselves is where most of the charges lie...And thats the past years charges.. You say to list the charges, what should i do with the schedule.. Thanksss

Hiii.. Im new to this site.. Just recieved my bank statements from abbey FINALLY The thing is they have sent me about a years worth of statements and then a 24 month analysis with it showing all the charges to my account.. All together the charges i have recieved in the last 3 years amount to £1,574. When i did the interest calculator it only worked out to be about £100.00 worth of interest so i was wondering if someone could tell me if this is correct.. Also when i send off my letter to abbey do i give copys of my statements and the analysis they sent me? Thanks...
