well i recieved a letter saying their were insufficient funds for such and such to be paid put if we can be help in way please contact such and such a number so we can sort this ou so i did bloke said there is nothing we can do so i said why send me this letter then saying you are their to help if you can't he put me through to customer services where a very snotty lady said well just this once then we will remove the charges to see if we can break the cycle. it's worth a try

i rang customer service and they said theres nothing we can do so i said well why have you sent me a letter saying we hope we can help i persisted in saying this and they put through to someone else she was very snotty and condescending but did remove them

its ok have just reread for the hundred thousandth time and i'd got way ahead of myself phew

Have just rung the court and Llyods haven't filed an acknowledgement so now i go for judgement by default. i know i need to request a warrent of execution but do i do this all on the same day need a bit of advice before i go up to do it.I have read and read but seem to be reading so much it aint sinking in:confused:

sent my first letter off and got the usual standard bog off reply we are looking onto this and will get back to you in four weeks but the thing is i posted it to them by recorded delivery on the 21st of may apparently they dint get it while the 25th do i wait fourteen days from the 25th or send my LBA from the 21st

Well filed my claim into court on 10th of may says it was issued to Llyods on the 12th of May and they had up to the 26th to acknowdlege it I have heard nothing at all. so sent a letter as advised in judgement thread the deadline is up today. would you go and obtain judgement or give them till 4pm today to see if they put anything into my bank account (very much doubt it) if i do this will be thursday before i have a day off again to get up to court. Or do you think i should give the court a ring to see if they have any acknowlegement of claim off Llyods? Had to go to court in person to get my notice of issue as they said it had been posted twice but nothing and they don't know what happened to it.

court just ring back its been issued but they dont know whats happened to the notice of issue so gonna send me another out in post today should be with me tomorrow

after submitting your claim to the courts how long is it usuallu before you hear anything off them submitted mine a week last thursday and heard nothing yet should i be phoning them:confused:
