Hello CAG, I´ve decided to join the CAG due to another letter from Lloyds TSB stating I was 89p overdrawn and they will charge me 30 pounds for the privilege, this is the 'straw that broke the camel´s back.' Last month they charged me 30 pounds again for a Direct Debit which was an error, this is the way they treat you having provided custom for twenty years. No more, the worm has turned!!!! Regards, Si
