Hi All, I would like to claim back the bank charges made to me. I have a Halifax current account but also my mortgage is with the Halifax too. If I claim and they close my current account that is fine by me. But, and this is a big but! Can they close my mortgage too i.e. they demand that I repay the mortgage amount in full or else my house gets repossessed? Any help or advice from someone who has been in the same situation would be greatly appreciated! Kind Regards, Tom
