Just sent my letter threatening court today! Sent copies to both my local branch and Colin Langdale at the address given in the contact information thread so will see what happens. Might be asking questions when get to the legal stage as worried might make a 'c**k up' . Will bein touch, thanks for reading.

Hi! I'm already in the process of claiming my charges back. I've listed all my charges from my my online statements and sent the letter detailing them along with request for full repayment. Gave them 14 days so expecting a letter telling me it's being investigated on the 14th day! Will be sending the court letter next week no doubt! Will let you know how I get on and look forward to maybe sharing my experiences with others if they need it! Of course if any one has any advice with the stage that I'm at then by all means feel free to tell me Thanks for reading and I'll let you all know how it's going!
