    i have just passed the 40 day period for response from barclays on how uch they've charged me. they have send me two letters both returning my £10 cheque saying basically that they're under no obligation and they'll send me cop statements eventually. i sent the first template letter from martin's site. any advise which letter to send now. i dont know how much they owe me so i cant fill in the next templates properly. any ideas??
