  3. I have emailed Wonga now for a couple of days. Several emails a day for them to contact me for a sensible and fair repayment plan. I checked the account online and it frightens me the amount that has accumulated these last few weeks. This surly cannot be fair. As I had a couple of loans and bad credit history, they are clearly unreasonable lenders. Can anyone point me in right direction to an organisation to complain? As far as my argument goes I took a loan for 30 days. Things went wrong from my point of view but the interest after the 30 days should be at the rate you would claim through small claims court 8% I think. i have pointed out in my emails the stress that this has put me under and as a customer care LOL email address why is there no contact???
  4. just got phone call from them happy to set up repayment plan but way in excess of what i can afford. kept banging on about i knew the charges and interest when i signed up. any i dea how long they wait to sell on to debit recovery. I feel these charges are going to go through roof. £600 now over £800 in space of couple of weeks so god knows what it will be in months. But i am adament that i will only pay the £600 will keep you posted
  5. Hi I have a loan out with Wonga. Have been indebted for a while. Get a loan pay it back get another loan. Last month I had no money to pay back and did not want to extend as I could not afford to. Now I am receiving emails form them and have been emailing back. I request that they phone me to discuss repayments. They asked for my number which they already have as it end the pin number. But still no call and interest is accum every day is this normal from them. Has Any one been taken to court or fought the pay day loan company's after seeing loan sharks recently brought to court is there really a difference

  11. IN the T&C the max apr is 16.9% so can anyone tell me how I have been charged 22.9%
