YB rang me and said that if i didnt accept whatthey offered they would withdraw their offer and they sent me a breakdown and its for the amount they said? advice needed

so i was right to refuse the first offer? has anyone else refused their first offer? dont really want to go to Court but £1,000.00 loss is a lot

I received a cheque for £2,400.00 on sat from YB £1,000.00 less than i was claiming - i tried ringing them this morn - they dont have a phone!! only fax so i faxed a letter rejecting the offer saying i wanted the full amount - has anyone else done this ?

Im there on the 28th too havent heard a peep out of YB wonder why some are settling and not others? advice please, thanks

i took my cmi over to court yesterday you can fax it and post it just to be on the safe side and i sent a copy to the lovely Kirstie Ross and to the leeds main office just to be on the safe side

Just completed my CMI sheet bit of a bind but got a lot of the answers from this site - just been over to Court with it and sent a copy of the same to banks head office in leeds and kirstie ross so they cannot complain that they havent received it. has anyone heard anything from court/bank after filing their CMI ?

i think there is over 150 im last on the list they are for different banks think there are about 15 for YB most of them are for barclays - hopefully it wont get to the 28th June fingers crossed xxx does anyone know what happened at the hearing on the 26th April at Leeds?

hi mothership im at Leeds County Court on that date too i got my list through of how many cases it was 5 pages long!! at least 150 people on that date will be there

I have a hearing date for the 28th June too - im last on the list, im taking my solicitor (my boss) over with me to Court. The Court rang this morning to say taht it had been allocated 1/2 day

hi i have a hearing date for a Case Management Conference on 28th June at Leeds CC which along with about 150 others claiming against YB is allocated to 1/2 day. anyone else familiar with this? i have to send some forms off 7 days before to Court and to YB any advice would be appreciated. -

iv been told by the Court mine has gone to chancery section for the judge to look at - anyone else had the same news -
still havent heard from Court they said a few weeks ago it had been transferred to the chancery section for a new case number and for the judge to go through the cases? really confused?
