Sent letter to Barclays asking them to repay charges with interest added on the 13th March giving them 14 days to reply (is 14 days legally binding!) which would take it to round about the 27th March for them to repay or to reply!. Recieved letter from them on the 22nd March saying they were looking into may concerns and would let me have an answer or update as quickly as possible by no later than the 12th April.Should I now consider the small claims court or give them the time they are asking for.
