Hi All, I've been reading on this forum for quite a few hours yesterday very interesting reading and so much to take in. So far I Have managed to get back money for my !st Direct account and also my wife's one too However Barclays are very stubborn I am claiming back £1,550 from them and have got as far as MCOL. Received a letter from the court (Northampton) saying the claim has been transferred to Luton County Court. No allocation questionnaire has been sent with this letter, is this normal? I have read so many posts but am a bit unsure about now until court, understand about preparing a bundle but need a bit of advice on the time / bit inbetween. Any advice greatly appreciated
