  1. Thanks to Ukaviator and to Parkvale i shall look into the Scotland forum and into the Clydesdale forum. Do you know if I can make the same claim for small business accounts as personal accounts. I dont see why not but they may be covered under differant legislation???
  2. Hi John, SC is Service charge, you will get one of these every month and I expect it varies depending on things like how many direct debits, standing orders and cheques you used that month. Interest to will again vary if you use an overdraft or were overdrawn, they will charge you interest, If you were in credit they should pay you interest. DD is direct debits, not sure what BGS is. I would imagine that all the above cannot be claimed for as they are legitimate charges I hope someone else can make it a bit clearer but hope I have helped a bit. Cherrs Gig
  3. Hello, I am new to this site so forgive me if this has all been covered. can anyone help me with a few questions. I notice that there is no list for bank charges recovered from the Clydesdale Bank in Scotland. Is there any reason for this? Also I have a personal account that I wish to claim on but also had a small business account two years ago which is now closed. Do the same rights apply to small business accounts as my business got into trouble and I had to close it and one of the main contibutions to this was the bank charges building up. If anyone can help answer these questions, I would appriciate it. thanks Gig
