  1. I have found the whole process easy until now, but I'm sure once I have put a bit of time and thought into my Court bundle it will be fairly straight forward. I wish I was one of the ones that got an early settlement but we can't all be that lucky I suppose.
  2. so it is neccesary to re-calculate at this point in the calim process, does that mean I only can go back six years from the date that I re-calculate though ?
  3. Can any one give me a couple of pieces of information In my claim against Barclays I am at the point where the case has been transfered from the online court to my local county court. I need to prepare a court bundle to send to Barclays solicitors and also to the court. Do I need at this point in time to re-calculate the interest that I am claiming ? and if so can I now only claim back six years from todays date? If I can now re-calculate the interest then is it possible to use the higher rate of interest that other claiments now seem to be favouring, or shall I keep it as the original claim rate of 6% ? Any help would be appreciated. Mrbluesky

    Court bundle

I am at the point in my claim against Barclays where the case has been switched from the Online Court to my local County Court. I have been ordered by the Court to send Barclays and the court statements of evidence of any witnesses of fact that I intend relying on in the trial. My bundle must include statements reffered to above, I need to prepare a skeleton argument also and include that in my bundle. I have read a couple of bundle templates on this site and they seem very complicated and long winded. Do they need to be in this type of format, what exactly needs to be included? I have got this far with my claim and am now getting a bit nervous at making a small mistake and losing the whole claim. Mrbluesky
